About F-LauReL xpMeet The Team
F-LauReLxp is about the gamification of educational process in teaching forecasting courses and latest research conclusions around statistical and judgmental forecasting. F-LauReLxp is a web based application which is composed of different gamifeid applications linked to respective well – known academic published research and its results. Each gamifeid application is related to a forecasting course and it is built around a creative theme and storyline so that the user feels like he is playing a game, not just sitting in a classroom. It is required nothing more than a web - browser and willing to (L)earn!

She inspires to build an web-based forecasting game to teach forecasting and predictive analytics.

Vassilis Assimakopoulos
Professor at NTUA
Prof. Vassilis Assimakopoulos is a professor of Forecasting Systems at the School of Electrical and Computer Engineering of the National Technical University of Athens (NTUA). As a faculty member of the NTUA, he has worked extensively on applications of the Decision Systems in modern problems for business design. Moreover, he has conducted research on innovative tools for management support, in an important number of projects, funded by National and European institutes.
