Subject of study
The course is divided into cycles, each of which covers a different aspect of the subject. Each cycle is performed in three steps: a) The development stage includes a presentation of the theoretical background of the problem and an extensive presentation of the individual parameters associated with each sector of the business.Students acquire the theoretical knowledge that is related to an individual problem, based on the principles of management, and then they come across with a real situation that they are called to solve in groups. b) In the preparation stage, the working groups prepare a solution of either the exercise or a complete response to all of the business problems, working as their role requires, often in a simulated environment of a real business. c) The presentation stage includes a complete display of the opinions on the exercise solution by each group, with the appropriate teaching aids. The presentation takes place at the University and is followed by an evaluation of the solutions by students themselves, with the teachers’ help.
